The weekend in the life of an IMsL/IMsBB Contestant:

- Thursday arrive and meet Amy, the Contestant Coordinator also known as hand-holder and cat herder extraordinaire. The afternoon is filled with a tour of San Francisco, group dinner with the Producers, then the evening show, Seduction.

- Friday Interview, rehearsals and lots of bootblacking, and Opening Ceremonies.

- Saturday more bootblacking and the BIG SHOW!

- Sunday, brunch, rest, and hopefully play!

You will leave with the experience of a lifetime - that we promise!

Queer Invasion!

Despite the first Snowpocalypse of the season, Queer Invasion was a major success! The event was still pretty packed, and my class was full. I'm so grateful to Scout for organizing such a grand event (Happy 10th QI!), and letting me talk about the Sexy of Boots.

I sadly won't be able to be at the next Queer Invasion, but I highly recommend checking it out. The next one will be on January 21, 2012, at The Society. You *have* to RSVP in order to attend, so please do.
